Yup. Shipwreck was in the script and there's the whole 007 underwater battle that Sommers was talking about, so Shipwreck probably made it to the movie.
I have no idea where Brendon Fraizer fits in. He said he rides a cool motorcycle. If he's a Joe, he could be in one of The PIT scenes. That's all I can think of. Ryan Reynolds is Deadpool in Wolverine:Origins.

Regarding the picture, I'm 100% with you guys - if Hasbro asks you to take them down, take 'em down. WIN!!! Quote:
To all the people who keep saying Hisstank should 'hang tough and tell Hasbro where to get off...This isn't some kind of investigative journalism fighting city hall sort of thing...this is just Hasbro wanting to control the images of its property, its unreleased product. ...
But then, in spite of all that, there still sure are a lot of whiny, entitled, bitchy fanboys out there. Quote:

WTF?! REALLY? How did I not know that? That's amazing!

Except the post he was responding too was just a guy asking if we thought Hasbro read the responses before asking us to take down the pics, he didn't say anything about the 'Tank's removing them. While I doubt that Hasbro read what we posted, I don't think the guy should have been attacked for his post.
I read it somewhere. I can't remember where, but I promise I read it and didn't dream it, because I thought it was a great choice. EDIT: I just did a quick search to make sure I didn't imagine it: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0005351/

I wished I hadn't even seen the pics of the new movie figures. I was going to try to go into the movie figures with a positive attitude and now it's just plain out pathetic. I can't bring myself to buy a few figures. I may buy them for customs... but they won't be part of the regular Joe Army.

Things have been good! Thanks! I haven't done many customs with this line
a) Because I don't have as many problems with it as the previous line, and 2) I still can't crack open a torso without tearing up the figure! lol I understand what you're saying: The whole anti-establishment becoming the establishment conundrum But unfortunately in the fast pace world of breaking news, you have to compete if you're going to stay relative. |

Regarding the picture, I'm 100% with you guys - if Hasbro asks you to take them down, take 'em down. to ask if Hasbro read them or not is irrelevant to the fact that they wanted the pics down. Regardless if everybody was thrilled or ready to start a riot Hasbro would have still requested to have the pics taken down. What's worse is how people act like this is the first time Hasbro has done this and think it has something to do with their own personal expectations being lived up to. Freedom still had a very valid point regardless of who he was responding to. also that other post was not a "win" I kind of found it insulting. |

Good to see you around Freedom, its been awhile I was wondering where you had been? How are things going by the way?
All the above points are valid points, However I just think its unfortunate when the websites allow themselves to be manipulated or pushed around. It used to be that they all worked to get the information early and things were revealed early not when Hasbro or any toy company for that matter decided to release information. There was a "fun-ness" (not a real word I don't think) to seeing who could break a story and a scoop on something before it was official. The sites in a lot of ways have simply become ancillary tool sites to Hasbro and other toy companies and I think that is unfortunate. I think the toy companies realized that if they dangle the carrot of "exclusive news" or previews for the site owners that they could get them to fall in line. I know that TNI folded very quickly when that carrot was dangled and I think it kind of takes the fun out of the game so to speak. I think in general we kind of have become pawns for the toy companies and I just like it when someone fights against them or at least makes them work a little bit harder. I guess its the rebel in me. But like I said these sites are initially set up and created so that we can all share our equal love for this hobby. The site doesn't need to be here, someone has the desire to create a site and maintain it so if they are paying the bills they can pretty much do what they want and that is their right. Its sad when a site goes from fun and for the community to a business tool. |

Wow thats most down to earth post i've read on the tank in a long time. There is always an alternative as Not all sites are after Hasbros approval and money and still have the pictures up for everyone to see.
Its sad when a site goes from fun and for the community to a business tool. And frankly, if you run a site and are using images owned by someone else, it's simply the smart thing (and frankly, the right thing) to do to remove those images if requested to do so by the owner. This site is still a fun community to be a part of. Removing a few (awful) pictures isn't going to change that.
