Carry it on as your one carry on. Put it in a good, wrapped box with fragile and art work. The airport I work at (I am TSA) I see alot of Wal-Mart vendors bring in artwork/samples this way. Heck alot of the University of Arkansas students carry on their art/blueprints this way. If it fits in a carry on bag, wrap it in clothes/paper. Either way DO NOT CHECK IT! Carry it on.
EDIT: DOH! Forgot to mention, great find! I also thought I recognized the artwork from somewhere and then when I saw the toy I remember having that as a kid! Michael

Are you positive about the artist? Was there information with the painting (signature, name listed on sheets, etc.) indicating who the artist is? Congrats again. |
