A good end to a strong storyline(which was the strength of this series, not the artwork). The art in this issue was a lot better than last, with clarity not being an issue at all. For those following the series, I think you will be happy with the ending. The symbolism, the comedy, the closure, and the sarcastic comments we've come to expect from Tomisaburo are all in this final issue.
Now onto seeing him kick ass in Gijoe:America's Elite, which he has already done so in the the latest issue.
