Retaliation Wave 2 3-packs found at retail!!

I found these in a Fairview, Oregon Target today.

Wasn't too interested in the Joes as I only want Mouse, but I definitely picked up the Cobra Invasion set.

that dpci is not working for me... I called and they said not in their system... weird

That's odd. I checked and re-checked the DPCI on the receipt and I didn't make a mistake. Could be your area distributors don't have any of those packs in? Don't know how that would work.

I called my Target and they said they had one on the floor. It came up as the Ninja Showdown set. They do have one of the old Ninja Dojo sets on the floor so maybe these new 3 packs have the same DCPI's as the old ones.

It would make sense. It isn't like they are totally different product.

The Target guy just didn't want to look it up :p (Even if the store doesn't have it, it should still be in the computer due to the prior sets)

DPCIs track an ASSORTMENT, not an ITEM. All the 3 packs are (by computer reckoning) "the same thing" (they are the same assortment), so a DPCI code isn't going to do you much good if the store still has a bunch of the existing sets in stock.
Plus west coast tends to get stuff first because they are closer to the docks, so it will probably be a few weeks before areas east might even start seeing them.

But good to know they are hitting, both are solid sets and a great value.
