G.I.JOE Retaliation Flint Wave 2 In-Hand High-Res Images

Besides the beret he just looks like a generic cannon fodder trooper. This is definitely not Warrant Officer Flint in my eyes. Sadly, yet another pass.

Don't like the colors on this one but I'm looking forward to the upcoming Flint in desert camo.

No one mentioned that he comes with a stand? I like that...a change from wave 1. The figure is better than I thought from previous pics...the head sculpt is much better, and I love the removeable beret. Still, the web gear should show his rounds hanging vertically as a nod to the Flint we all know. Maybe he'd look better with a 25th or other's web gear. Then again, why would I change a 25th or my go-to Resolute version for another without ankle articulation? Never mind, I'll stick with my Resolute version. Still...figure gets a passing grade from me, especially because I'm excited to see stands again.

Did someone say they know we are getting another Roadblock PAST the kata version (wave 2)? I haven't seen one yet. I like the kata Roadblock, short of the tattoo and huge honking holsters. Much better than wave 1 with molded hand. :(

It could have been better with a more realistic color palette. It doesn´t scream "Flint" either. I guess I´ll wait for the second version to come out.

Thank you! I hadn't seen it before. If I had, upon first look I would have thought it was the kata Roadblock. Am I actually seeing tats?

Every where I look I just see chicken legs!!!

I wasn't sure no ankle articulation was going to be a big deal... until I tried playing with some of the wave 1 figures. It totally sucks. Unless you have them standing at attention, they fall over. You can fudge some poses, but you need a stand (not included, of course). If Hasbro needs to raise the price to $9.99, whatever. But don't raise the price AND drop articulation and paint apps. The shadow of greed, that is.
