I think I will order more of the next wave I just don't want another snake eyes and storm shadow they are in wave 3 already

And, more importantly, the Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow in Wave 3 are actually different enough to make me want them. They may be repaints, but at least they are interesting repaints.
