Nice. I'm thinking by the time the new title is off the ground A bunch of the Joes, particularly Scarlet's crew and Snakes, are on a semi-retirement.

The main Joe book has been a whole lot better after the Cobra Civil War arc. I just can't stand Will Rosado's art work.
I for one won't be getting the new REBOOT Joe book in February. I'll focus on Special Missions and Cobra. Hope this one goes out with a bang.

This comic and the run in general looks good, but still some school-boy errors slipping in like the explanation of the FLIR acronym: "FLIR - RADAR for detecting targets and potential threats" on the 6th page. In the good old Marvel days the terminology and acronym explanation were correct. I guess this explanation is a "sort of" "approximate" description, but why not just give the correct meaning of the acronym and let the reader work out what it does from the context (plus I'm assuming the demographic will have at least a passing familiarity with military technology and how a Forward Looking IR imager might be used).
I'm not sure where I stand on factual inaccuracies such as the ejection seats apparently fitted in the front seats of the Globemaster (page 9 of preview), but I guess the Joes could have custom aircraft with ejection seats fitted. Despite my criticisms, I'm looking forward to reading the full issue and the continuation of the story |

Scarlett is looking extra bouncy on the cover. And I've grown to like the IDW GI Joe-verse. Can't wait to pick up a copy.
