I'd rather pay that for a Roddy Piper since I don't have one yet. Shame on you Hasbro.

Crap... half of my love for Hasbro just died. Not that I was a Habro-cheerleader or anything, but I was feelin pretty good after the latest wave of comic two-packs was announced... like "Hey, Hasbro IS listening, alright then"... yeah no.

It seems like to first time they posted it out to test the water and to see how many people reacted to the offer. And it seems like overwhelm responsed to their server.
Those market analysis guys finally did their homework on ebay and finally they raised the price. It's all about making money. I smell more profits. |

If I wanted to profit from an investment, it certainly wouldn't be in toys. I'd be better off buying a 6 month cd. That said, it's a shame people would have to spend so much to enjoy a piece of 3 & 3/4 inch plastic that doesn't even transform. The AFA grade doesn't mean much to me.

Is it possible that Hasbro did this for the holidays, to raise some money for charity? To me that would be the only reason that Hasbro should ever sell and AFA graded item on their website.

They probably figure they're doing us a service, by cutting out the middlemen.
