Update
Suits are sold out for joecon at the JW. like mentioned before rooms are $135 a night. view rooms ( WAY UP THERE)are $304 a night with 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. there is also a Lounge room that is on the Lounge floor which is a PRIVATE floor for $319 a night. If you just want to park at the JW without having a room. The 1st 4hrs is free. 4-5 hrs will be $5 and anything after 5hrs will be $28. But if you have a room there you WILL pay $28 a day or $35 (valet) no matter what. TOTAL BS i know. or you can get a cheaper room by the airport or something cheaper and park at circle center mall (a few blocks from JW). i dont have that price yet. normally $5-$10 for the day. If i can help anyone with anything please feel free to let me know.

And i know i'm probably alone on this, but I'd be puuuuumped if the cobra side of the set was Cobra-La. like a a Night Forcwe vs. creepies that go bump in the night. Nemesis Enforcer has been so lonely w/o troops to command...

I feel your pain and share your disappointment. Of course I'd like to go to the con, but I told the wife where it was at and all I got was a big ol' "WHAT THA?" I didn't have a comeback for that reaction.

So, if we were to guess which members of Night Force are going to be in this set, who would it be...
Keep in mind that evidently NF Falcon will be in the next FSS, and they already gave us (sort of) NF Tunnel Rat, NF Shockwave, and NF Outback... Any guesses?

I would think Crazylegs would be a given, just a repaint of his 30th version, Personally, if they go with the classic characters from NF, I think Psyche-out, Repeater & Muskrat would get people excited. As for the others, Charbroil could also be repainted from the ROC figure, but he, Sneak Peek, Lightfoot and Spearhead would hardly be characters that generate a lot of excitement. I think it would be cool if they dipped into the new scuplt era as well. Flint, Duke, Roadblock, Action Man, Short Fuze, Dart, Crosshair, Grunt and Gung Ho were all issued in NF versions during that time so any of them could be fair game. Add in the darker colored versions of Scarlett, Wild Bill, Clutch, and some others, that could easily have passed for NF versions and the list grows even longer. Considering the amount of characters that are possible, I hope they surprise us. They have a lot to live up to after the last two sets. As much as I would like characters we do not yet have, there are not a whole of original NF characters that would be all that exciting. |

Don't forget there was also a NF styled Beach Head in the ROC line.

As much as I would like characters we do not yet have, there are not a whole of original NF characters that would be all that exciting. I also want to make an argument for Low-Light (v3) - the one with the black beard. I know he was never officially a part of Night Force. However, look at the colors of his uniform. He fits exactly with the classic Night Force members like Spearhead, Muskrat, etc. Also - SERIOUSLY - He's the Joe Team's resident "Night Spotter". His entire back story is all about what he can do in the dark, and how he's developed his own NVG's and NOD's. I think that Low-Light (v3) was supposed to have been a part of Night Force. And, perhaps, he's the "unofficial", "Off-the-books" sniper member of Night Force. It was a great figure - he was just released a few years after the rest of the Classic Night Force TRU exclusives... I think Hasbro always meant for him to be a part of that sub-team. So if the Club includes a version of Low-Light in this Night Force set, I'm going to be really excited. I also think the same about that blacked-out version of Dusty (who is NOT Ronal Tadur) that came with the Night Rhino and that blacked-out version of Pathfinder than came with the Night version of the Awe Striker. Why were those vehicles called "Night" if they weren't supposed to go with Night Force? I've always felt that Yojoe.com dropped the ball on those figures.
