I think Hasbro just hates TRU LOL to give them all these 5 pack exclusives to clog their shelves...The CG one was badass and totally worth it...this one is a joke. That mercer is beyond uesless...comon Hasbro your going to confuse the kiddies on who Haek is! Is he mercer or is he Hawk? The world may never know now!
The only head swapping that can even slightly be tolerated is Cuttter/Leatherneck/Gungho cause with thier hats they all kinda blend together, but calling this Viper Mercer is a far stretch I am not willing to get on the bandwagon for! Maybe if he had a different webgear lay out and a modified head of some sorts... |

This pack is a good deal if you want to army build the current viper, however it would have been better if it was the new fixed arm version.
It is also odd the the "Mercer"/ maskless viper is just a Duke head repaint maybe we all could send Hasbro a message asking them to make this 5 pack the new fixed arm vipers

Man, I don't get it. Just what the fu-k were they thinking.
Why didn't Hasbro Included the Vipers w/ the fixed wrist. This is just plain stupid. And then to top that all off there are still single carded Vipers still warming the pegs. So Hasbro should have known that us collectors bitched and fussed about those viper funky wrist and thats why most pf us didn't army build him. But what really gets me is then why did they release a Viper w/ the retooled wrist in the new upcoming GI Joe Cobra 5pack. Now if that Viper w/ the retooled wrist was the Vipers in this set then I would have been all over this set, but no, Hasbro had to fu-k it up. And then they want us too shell out $25.00 for this crap. SHAME ON YOU HASBRO!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Eh, if TRU thought they were losing money on these they'd've stopped buying them by now.

Perhaps it's a poor choice, in your opinion, but not poor quality. |

We all could send an e-mail or a letter similar to this.
-------------------------- Dear Hasbro Corporate Headquarters, I have been a fan of your G.I. Joe product line ever since I was a child. I’ve been an adult collector on and off since 2000, but I’ve been a avid collector of your G.I. Joe 25th line of action figures because of the quality, detail and the nostalgia of the classic 80’s characters. As a fan I request that your company make the new Viper “Toy R, Us” five pack with the new Viper with fixed wrist and arms from the Cobra Battle pack Viper/Python Patrol Viper.
