Here's a story sure to convince. A couple years ago, at our local toy show, I bought a SW McQuarrie figure from SidDarth (before I knew who he was). He noticed it was missing the lightsaber (I didn't notice at all). So he got my address, and later that week he mailed the lightsaber to me.

He's the best online retailer to deal with for Joes. Great prices, top notch customer service.

I placed an order because of this thread and it shipped out within 24-hours. More impressive, though, is that I was e-mailed about a potential mistake with the shipment and was told that if there is a mistake they'll cover shipping costs to return the mistaken item and replace it with the correct one.
So far this has been an excellent store to deal with; the package is expected tomorrow so we'll see how that goes. |

What can I say but WOW!!!
It means a lot to read all of this positive feedback. We're hoping to improve our product selection and actually bring a "normal" e-commerce website online this year. Marvel Legends are on our list of items to add. We've already ordered some of the new 3.75" figures that are due out soon. There may be some vintage Joes added in the near future as well. Thanks again for all the props!!!

I put in my first order last week for about a hundred bucks of Joe stuff. They shipped it out in two boxes so I don't have to pay customs, and I ordered a loose Rock'n'Roll and was given a MOC Rock'n'Roll for the same price. Thanks so much! Can't wait to get the coin together to order from them again!

Great store!
I made two separate orders for figs, and payed promptly and was in awe when I saw a paypal refund for 9$ for combining the two shipments into one and not only saving me money, but getting it back to me. Cheers to a greatly managed store with fair pricing and great shipping charges. Also cheers to a business that wants to keep you coming back with its great customer service! I will def. be returning!

i can't say enough about Outer Rim. i highly recommend that site to anyone who - like me - had to restart their entire collection from scratch (or is maybe just starting to collect). you can find deals on the more commonly found stuff (i.e. 'pegwarmers') that you won't find anywhere else: single-carded figures for $3-4, comic packs for $5-7... loads of loose figures or figures with slightly damaged cards for lower than regular retail, excellent selection... and even the more sought-after items (army builders and such) are a reasonable price compared to most online retailers. shipping is also fast and safe. i've placed several orders over the past month as i've rebuilt my collection, and Outer Rim has been invaluable.

Sid is a good guy. Us NC tankers have had him all to ourselves and I am glad others can experience his services as well. If anyone is still on the fence with him and the Outer Rim, give him a chance........you will not be disappointed.
