For some reason I never trust a guy who comes out and says, "I'm well known for being honest," that just sorta throws a red flag up.
Not saying this dude isn't honest. Just a weird thing to say. And according to the basics of psychology, most people who say things like that are usually liars, or relatively dishonest. Not trying to start shit, because I'm sure some of you guys have done biz with the guy and it turned out well, just struck me as an odd thing to say. Trust issues, maybe? BTW, I took a glance at Brianstoys, and they ARE listed as in stock...sooo Last edited by SolidSnakeEyes; 12-20-2008 at 12:29 PM.. |

don't mean to pile on ya MLos- there's a lot of BS posts and rumors that never pan out on here... healthy skepticism is an awesome thing to have, esp. on the interwebz.

Playa hater's aside, I believe you and took you up on your advice to check out Brian's Toys for these. I ordered mine (yes, even at the egregious mark up), and look forward to having them arrive.
On a side note; it's almost worth paying the mark up these days (keep in mind, I did say almost), as the number of reputable e-tailers are few in number and the endless searching gets annoying very quickly. Yes it's forty bucks all told when you add shipping, and for two comic packs that seems like a lot, but the piece of mind of knowing I can trust Brian's Toys and not having to search forever, are very worth it to me. |

I've just ordered the two new comic packs off them today myself. It's snowing and major cold around here so it beats going around to stores trying to find stuff right now. |

For some reason, I don't think these comic packs are going to stay on the shelves.
Well they might, until the Lamprey/Night Creeper packs come out next month. |
