This was first mentioned over at YoJoe! so props to them. But Entertainment Earth has solicitation for Wave 3 Comic Packs.

This Wave 3 case includes 8 individually packaged 2-packs, each with a comic book: 2x Ace & Wild Weasel, 2x Tomax & Xamot, 2x Crimson Guard & Officer, and 2x Battle Damage Snake Eyes & Storm Shadow. (Subject to change.)

With exception of SE & SS (could still be cool), all of those sound great! Also can I get a "HELL YEAH!" for Wild Weasel ;) (oh the twins too!).

Awesome. I just won a Tomax & Xamot off of eBay last week too. I never had them as a kid. This is great.

It's cool that Tomax and Xamot will be available in a two pack again. I'm pretty psyched for the battle damaged SE and SS. I bet it will have their tattoos revealed as hinted at in the art that was revealed at the Con I believe. I hope SS will be sleeveless as he appeared in both the comic and toon. This will be a worthy SE and SS release I feel.

All are great, can't wait. Snake Eyes & Storm Shadow pack will have a all new comic written by Larry Hama, so that won't be too bad.

I'll give a Hell yeah!!! to that whole set!!! (i was wondering how they were gonna do SE/SS again, since obviously one of the new comics was for them.)

since we know for a fact that we're getting a back issue we the pilots set (confirmed by the cover artist of wave 2) i'm guessing that set got shunted from wave 2 to wave 3.

makes me very very glad that there is actually 6 sets i want to get now in the first 3 waves.

Awesome list!! @_@ I am looking forward to all! Especially Wild Weasel & Ace & the Twins!! Good times ahead!! I wonder if they'll do anymore 5-packs or the comic-packs & singles are the way the rest of the releases in 2008 will be from now on???

Seems Wild Weasel & Ace will be the ones we get with issue 115 then.
