Ray Park isn't that short either. He's 5'9". That's average height.
guess well have to see who the rest of the cast is. if they cast the rest of the joes as much taller, it diminishes snake eyes on-screen appearance. thats a hollywood casting fact. but whatever...
Sometimes it does, sure, when it is really egregious, like in "War of the Worlds." Tim Robbins is just going to tower over Tom Cruise, no matter how you do it.
But Kiefer Sutherland always manages a decent screen presence, and he's about 5'6". I don't see his height being a problem at all.
