Now that I look closer at him, I believe the upper legs are from Arctic Snake Eyes as well; just with the pockets replaced with those things on Blowtorch.

A great figure!

EDIT: Looks like catofadiferntskn spotted those thighs before me!

It is darker than what the pics show. In person he is a darker shade of yellow. I have bad lighting in my house and dont have the best camera... Sorry

I think so. But I would like it with the clear lense-piece instead (more like Torpedo or the Eel).

OK! let me take a look at Blowtorch.

if this would of been a crappy looking figure, nobody buys it.

Now let's look at the details on this updated version of the flamethrower joe.

the helmet and mask looks fully detailed and the design is much different then the 1984 figure but it's still looking great.

the backpack and rifle looking great.

the outfit much better looking with a removable vest.

this figure looks PERFECT!
