Here goes some pics of Resalute Duke. Finally got around to opening them. Sorry if a little late :(
Let me start by saing that the Resalute figures are going to be a graet addition to the Gi joe line and I for one am going to stay on board for this series! Duke comes with an all new head skulpt wich is a huge improvement from the 25th Duke. He even has a scar on his right cheek! Seems like this serieis is going to be gritty by the look of it. He comes with a removable vest and the vest has a peg on the inside to fit in the packpack hole so it doesnt move around. He comes with 2 guns a side arm that has no holster and an assault rifle wich seems to be all new, in fact Dukes sculpt is all new. He also has a knife but no holster. IMO this is a must have for every Joe collector out there!

Wait, so the pistol holster on his leg is a sculpted in pistol? That kind of detracts from the figure for me; one of my favorite parts of the 25th/modern era line is usable holsters. It is easily fixed, though, just swap it for the open holster of a different Duke, I suppose.
All in all he looks awesome, though.

This is an easy pass for me. I have too many Dukes as it is, and the design does nothing for me.

Thought I liked the head when I first saw the pics, but have changed my mind after seeing these. Yuck. Hopefully, the Resolute Zap is true to the original figure unlike these other Resolute figs.

I do like the fact that Hasbro is using new parts for Resolute. I'm sure they can use a lot of the parts to make good ARAH updates as well (if that "supposed" Thunder prototype is indeed Thunder, that is a good example). Duke's head looks really good....why couldn't they make him look as good for the ARAH version? Maybe they're using their best sculptors for the Resolute line.

Still looks like a sweet figure. Assuming it is attached to the thigh screw it really is a very easy swap. Thanks for the pics, btw.
