I am a newbie...but I have been lurking for about a year or so. I opened my Airborne Wave 11 tonight and he has waist articulation. I noticed it while it was still in the package. I have a case of wave 10 and 11 coming to me Thur through my local comics shop but I picked up a Trakker and Airborne at the Mount Juliet TN Target. They had a Bazooka Trooper, Para Viper, Pilot/para Scarlett and EELs.

that's good news!
I think this is the second fig to have waist articulation. The DVD pack Dusty has it too. I wonder if they have the same body sculpt. |

I just found the whole wave today too. I've gotta say that Airborne is by far the best 25th Joe so far. Even better than Paraviper IMO. His vest in awesome. I know some people didn't like the bright blue, but once you have him in hand it's not as bright as the pics seemed. It's much more subtle. The head sculpt is magnificent and the backpack is really nice too. The rifle is great....HELL, the whole figure is great...right down to the webbing and elbow pads.

WONDERING...
I know that the quality of figures from Wave 9 was a huge improvement from the earlier lines and I would like to know how measure up? What is the quality like? |

I can't wait to get my Airborne. He was a favorite of mine 20+ years ago.
