yeah think? Seems more likely they'd stay on the "proper" side too me ~ the python Conquest was my favorite jet back in the day, it looked so evil in those colors...

chuckles, love him or hate him, he was a memorable character. Everyone remembers the hawaiian shirt guy.
Mindbender and Recondo also solid. No covergirl thats a shame, but it is for sure because of legal issues. Hasbro is doing a good job. There answer on tooling makes sense as well. I hope they make a low light and dialtone cause they were pretty big parts of the cartoon.... Still how many of these figures will be single carded and how many packaged with another rehashed character.... Overall, some good stuff, now I think I will buy just the characters I want going forward... |

Wow, 7 pages and very little thanks to Destro and the other posters for collecting, organizing, submitting and posting our questions and those from other boards....
Thanks guys, good news, bad news, vague news, whatever Hasbro says, we all thank you for you're hard work with these Q&A sessions. My big take away from all this is I'm glad to hear confirmation that the 25th/Modern Era/Classics line will continue up until and after the movie. I can wait and see who is released when, I'm just glad to know the line that has been a huge part of my collecting the past year is not ending in the foreseeable future. My wallet would disagree, but I tell it to shut up all the time.

I'm just glad we are getting new figures despite the less desired character like Chuckles. We still have ways to go to complete the entire 80's figures.

2. With the releases of the classic vehicle molds such as the Vamp and HISS in their window packaging, are there any plans to extend into the smaller playsets such as the Cobra Battle Bunker, Checkpoint Alpha, and Bivouac?
We are looking into this and hope to be able to announce something soon. Swing! Now THIS is the best news out of everything. A box set of these stations would be a dream come true! |

Wow some really great news this round. I don't know if anyone has mentioned it, thread is up to 14 pages and I'm being lazy and not reading every page...
but I was wondering after seeing Hasbro's reason for why they won't make a classic Ripcord because of the movie and confusing kids with two Ripcords. Why can't they just make a Ripcord, but name him Cpl or Spc Weems or heck "Halo Jumper" instead. Everytime I look at Para-Viper I can't help but think he should of been Ripcord. |
