yeah, it does kind of look like resolute. cept for the lower chin However the lined effect over the fabric looks rather.. comfortible, honestly. I like it. Looked like Ray could really move in this suit, I do recall him mentioning he had a hand in building it to his fighting style.
This looks totally amazing and yes, he does remind me the resolute Snake Eyes... but for me the armor pads make him look even better. Vosloo returning as Zartan? Woohooo!
