I can't remember the other figure, but I thought they showed 10 figures at the Con and then later on (at SDCC?) it was revealed they took desert Flint out and whoever the other repaint, errr, guy was.

But a red hiss and blue trouble bubble vs some lame ass tank = total pass. Target had such cool SW exclusives last year with the Hoth and Endor sets and then the Imperial shuttle the year before that. It's just a shame that this is the crap we get for a GI Joe set. |

I think that there was talk of the Cobra Trooper/Gunner being removed, but the pictures here still show him in the set.
Edit: Didn't even see Meyerc13's response, but yeah, what he said.

I was waiting for a short fuse (which will probably be single carded sometime next year), Just about 90 % is repaints of repaints that were repainted two times already. You get my point.
Short Fuse was always my favorite, but I don't want to buy it just for him. |

Edit: Didn't even see Meyerc13's response, but yeah, what he said. | it was originally supposed to have 10 figures though IIRC. I can't remember what the other one was and I don't feel like digging for the pic from the Con/SDCC. Regardless...Target raised the price, Hasbro removed figure(s), and it's mostly repainted stuff that isn't interesting enough for me to purchase it.

The only pic I can find with it having more than the current amount of figures shows only Flint as an extra: here.
