i would rather have tunnel rat and jinx.
otherwise i guess i am happy with this set. CC's finally got his chrome dome. duke has hemorrhoids, trooper has a 'chute, the MASS device is completed, we get an alpine to pal around with bazooka and quick kick, and a camera for... uh... maybe flint and lady jaye can use it to film thier uh... "adventures"?
or um, so SDCC cobra commander can film his demands for the world. yeah, that's it.

i just feel jipped...they have the movie opening theme but no movie. thats kinda like saying hey kid look at this yummy ice cream...too bad ya can't have any.

I have to agree with you. The best Part of GI Joe cartoons for me is that intro.
I am going to be setting up a huge diorama depicting the opening scene to the movie and cant wait to get that camera so my Crimson guard can be punching it.

ever hear of the Minibosses? they do live instrumental covers of nintendo music. they also did a version of the GI Joe movie opening song (one of the few with lyrics... they arent great singers.)

they actually did a decent job with the timing, but the singing can be uh, well this is why they are an instrumental band haha

Are you FRAKKING kidding me?!?!?! That opening is the BEST CARTOON OPENING EVER and the theme song is THE BEST! It's a trillion times better than ANY of the ones from the series--ESPECIALLY the early ones where the guy sounds like he's singing through a hernia and is trying to remember the words as he goes along.

And we're not getting the movie due to rights/legal reasons.

I think the guys at Hasbro just put the names of all the episodes in a hat, blindfolded a random employee, had that guy pick five episodes out of the hat, and then said "these are the five best episodes ever!!!"
