Hasbro really should release a 5 pack set with one wave 1 Officer and 4 red sigil Troopers (All straight up blueshirts) I'm willing to bet they'd fly off the shelves like the rest of the line  |

i want to know if the Red Ninjas will have all their gear, like the staff the single-pack figure gets. Totallly worth it just for the toroop-build aspect.
and Hasbro's gotta know that Snake Eyes is basically worthless (blue wih Green pants!?!?!?!?)...

that being said, there isn't anything really appealing about the figure besides the history of the color scheme, the Red Ninjas aren't an interest to me as far as army building, and the camo Cobra troops just look plain ugly. at least if they are peg warmers we won't have to hear griping about not being able to find them. perhaps that is Habro's secret plan all along to discourage scalping. |

| | Crimson Guard Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: Colorado Springs, CO Posts: 1,484 | Yeah, back when Hasbro was getting ready to launch the Joe vs Cobra line, Lee's Toy Magazine did a interview with the guy in charge of ARAH in 82, Darryl DePreist and it was his idea to make SE all black for the paint cost issue, it was also cool to learn that the figures were made first and then turned over to Larry Hama for the code names and file card info. |
