Not sure why people call these rare either. Aside from the original Zartan figure, i think i've seen everything on the pegs at multiple stores.

Is there a list anywhere that breaks down the truly rare ones?

I only saw the last wave of redcaps once. CB Destro and DNM were the only ones left when I spotted them. That was about a week ago at Target. Around here everything always hits TRU and Wally World 2-3 weeks after it's sighted at Target. As far as Joes are concerned that is.

DN Master and CB Destro are pretty much all over now....

You obviously don't live in the North East. Hasbro hates NY, NJ & PA. Distribution here is by far the worst in the US. And that isn't just for Joes...it's all things Hasbro. Joes just happen to be the worst, followed closely by TF's.
