i would get it, but i want to check prices here on base. we usually get stuff at MSRP prices, but i checked target, amazon, walmart, etc. they are all getting the special edition on sale for an average of $23. MSRP is about $40.
good thing our base exchange does price matching.

but unfortunately, i'm out of allowance for this paycheck. gotta wait to buy this one. i hope it doesnt sell out!

although i'm considering that really nice metal case from suncoast... METAL case for a transformers movie... pure genius!

i just picked up the 2 disc set from best buy and it will be on my home server and zune by the morning i'm going to enjoy watching it on the train ride home from work tomorrow.

Okay, I've heard the rumors to Joe connections and all, but someone's going to have to compile a list of hard evidence here. Nothing short of the director's commentary, or Marissa Faireborn herself, is going to convince me of any clear Joe references.

I just rented it, My Xbox 360 is in the shop and I won't have it back until late November (3 red lights of DEATH), so I'm waiting to get it back so I can buy the HD-DVD version. For now I have it upscale to 1080i on my DVD player.

I went with the super deluxe crazy uber... regular Widescreen version from Wal-Mart for $15.00. Extras are neat, but I don't see the point in paying for something I'm not going to use. Otherwise happy to add it to my collection.

Now I need time and someone to watch it with......
