I wonder if online stores like BBTS, etc will get these in stock before the pre-orders are shipped in November?

poeple, most of these questions being asked have been answered several times in this thread alone, if not in some of the numerous other threads on the same subject (mods...). the target memeber posted they should be on the shelving in the joe section if i recall correctly.

I have seen the vehicles in stores three times and they WILL BE with the other GI Joe items in the toy section. There will be a sticker (probably on a bottom shelf) that reads $24.99 and says large vehicle.
If anybody else has found the vehicles in a store and wishes to add their two cents about where they were located it would be greatly appreciated but I have seen no indication these will ever be up front by registers.

Funny and true story from my locat Target today. I went in around 8:30 fully expecting to find no vehicles and get no more information than I had previously obtained. But was I wrong. After finding no vehicles and no spot on the shelf (or tag, for that matter) I asked an associate to look up the DCPI number. He informed me that they were supposed to be included in the reset scheduled for today (9/7). He radioed a supervisor who came over and had the same concern for why these were not on the shelves and questioned whether they were part of a reset. She left for a few minutes and came back with the tags she just printed. All because I asked politely. We found the large vehicle tag in the new pack and another supervisor scanned the barcode and stated they were to have been out today yet this Target does Sunday revision on Mondays as not to effect their Sunday business. She expected them this week since they are receiving 1-2 trucks per day. I left with some good info and they could not have been more helpful. BTW, she stated that they when the reset was complete, they would be located in the toy aisle below the $14.99 vehicles. So the moral of the story is: Check your Targets every day this week!

Thanks mech-grunt, CG101
To follow up with what 03Mach1 said, I noticed today that the Sunday hours at the Targets I stopped at ended an hour earlier than the rest of the week. I sort of suspected that the extra hour gave them time to reset things for Monday and after hearing Mach1's story, I'm kinda hoping its true. Well, if nothing else I'll hit up a TRU too. Might as well get all my disappointment out in one day, right? |
