Well wave 3 was supposed to be October while wave 2 was September so I'd say wave 2 was a little late but wave 3 is right on time

if that is the case you know the suckers on hasbros site,...wave 3 are going to go on sale any second within the next couple of days. i bet they sell out in 5 mins. and there's going to be alot of pissed off people

Yeah, I feel the same here. My Walmart has the Action is Here side things but no G.I. Joe figs. In fact I just ordered Serpentor on ebay, getting sick of waiting...

Yea...five more figures I'll never find. But seriously, I usually find everything here eventually, I just hope they get their act together with the distribution on these two waves.
