Hasbro has just announced another great wave of GI Joe figures - this set of 8 figures each come packaged individually with the retro packaging. We will be shipping these out in the factory cases - cases will be reboxed for shipping to protect the figures. The set of 8 includes one each of: Cobra Commander, Cobra Air Trooper, Roadblock V1, Gung-Ho, Scarlett, Destro, Duke V1, Storm Shadow V1.

I'm a loose collector and I can't preorder these unless I know ahead of time if these will have the retooled crotches. EDIT: If I don't preorder them and find out they did retool the crotches, I'll be SOL (hopping up & down).
