why bother doing single packs, when you can get all 5 characters in one packaging. it makes us a lot easier to grab the toys, rather than looking around.
1. Not every consumer will spend $25-30 on a set of action figures, nor is every store carrying them (particularly Walmart)
2. Retailers and consumers are demanding more product, the figures in the 5 packs were ready to go andd the cost and turnaround time for wave 4, only being new packaging, is minimal.

As much as fans seem to think Hasbro did this line "just for them", retailers are still the driving force of any toyline, and if they want/need product, especially for the Christmas push, then they will get it.

Turns out she's a "4-reals" person. She just answered my question today, guessing that the crotch re-tools won't happen for the older 25th figures; only the newer ones.

I'm hoping this isn't the case. We'll just wait and see.

Why oh why is Stalker so bright? His camo is useless unless he was hiding in a lime tree or something. He looks like a can of Diet 7-UP.

In case you didn't catch it - this will be a running fix. The first ones will be bright, but then later ones will have the darker camo.

meh.. I ordered wave 2-4 at bbts as well, but I guess I have to ebay them all, as bbts fails to ship, let alone stock the 25th figures.

dissapointing.

I have used BBTS for years now and had nothing but good service. Just because Hasbro did not make the right amount of 25th Joes is not BBTS fault.

BBTS is not the only retailer sold out of 25th Joes. My job takes me many places on the east coast and not 1 Wal-Mart, Target or TRU has anything single carded.

My most recent email to BBTS:

Thanks for the reply!! You put my mind at ease.

Any chance you know when you are getting the Cobra Legions 5 pack in? I see it has hit retail out west...and even made it onto ebay already. Just curious as to how long before we see these shipping out from you.

Thanks,

Reply I got today:

Hi - we ordered these directly from Hasbro's Far East division, our shipment shoudl be on the water this week to arrive to us in 3 - 4 weeks.

Thanks!

3-4 weeks, hope I find some in retail before then (and wave 3) so I can cancel some pre-orders!
