So does anybody know the story behind this figure? I just won it on e-Bay, I did not know they released this guy in DTC?

Dammit! I had the high bid on this one when it was first up right before Con. It was pulled due to violating Ebay's VERO policy.

I did do some asking, and it will have the belt and shoulder pad when release to a broader audience.

I hadn't seen it before either. This was a figure, maybe the only Club DTC figure I wanted. Now, probably won't buy for sure. Not liking this color scheme a bit.
