Look for the assortment(wave 10) with Wraith to be released in September 2008. Other figures to ship in this wave include the following:

Cobra Crocmaster
Mutt & Junkyard
Cobra Para Viper
Cobra Bazooka Soldier
Duke (Tiger Force)

It looks like we will have a little break between wave 9 and 10

Not sure if he deserves a variant , but here is some info on him:

(comic spoilers ahead)


Wraith whose real name is Charles Halifax is a French mercenary who specializes in eliminations, espionage and covert ops. He wears a high tech suit with hidden weapons and a cloaking device that he stole from the Chinese. He is hired by M.A.R.S. to free Major Bludd and Scrap-Iron from jail and serve as Destro's enforcer. He is one of the few to defeat Snake-Eyes in single combat. Halifax was later killed by the Baroness for having a role in the kidnapping of her baby.

Wraith first appeared in Devil’s Due G.I.Joe # 31. His final appearance was in G.I.Joe: America’s Elite #22.

I forgot about good ol Zarty...Yeah he would be cool in transparent version. I just hope the HBro releases him in his classical version.
