So what is it usually 2 weeks before wave 5 comic packs hit the U.S. store shelves after they are found in the Phillipines?

I don't get it.

New paints of Cobra Commander or Snake-Eyes = bad.

"new" Destro = good

I know it's Destro and all but still....

what am I missing

For me its the black head. I actually thinks its an ugly repaint other then that.
