I found the PoC HISS Scout and Cycle Armour at WINNERS (TJ Maxx Canada) and they were selling at $9.99 each! They put out 4 units each so 2 cases. Go out out and get yours now!
The location of this Winners #0274 is in Toronto at McCowan and Highway 401.
