Nemesis cant be happy about this lol | Changing the name was probably how Hasbro got around whatever legal/license issues they currently have in terms of the animated Joe movie. Remember that they announced that they changed the last of the upcoming DVD figure packs because some licensing problem had come up over the G.I. Joe film.

Hasbro has been doing a lot better in terms of getting the most of it's COBRA troop builder figures.
