I'll pick up Flint, and If I like it I'll get the rest. It looks like they have Sigma 6-esque articulation. Which is a plus.

The release of these 12 inchers really has me scratching my head as to what Hasbro was thinking. It's like they're just throwing shit out there to see what sticks to the wall.

I know there are fans of the 12 inch, but I don't think there are enough to keep a line going. I really can't see today's kids going for these either.

i have a lot of the vvv 12", they weren't that bad. these don't excite me, but i will probably pick up the cobra trooper, if i find one that is.

i'm not sure where hasbro is headed with this either??????

I'll buy Flint for the sake of my obsession, but they really don't look that great.

The only promising thing is that they are making Dusty so we will probably see him in the regular line.

I have all the RAH 12" they made (except the Duke w/a million expressions) so I guess I have to be a mindless drone and buy these even if they suck. I think Hasbro relies on the completists to buy every turd they box up and slap a GI JOE banner on it. That's why they come out in such few quantities.

Maybe I'll take from my daugther's Barbie collection a BRA or "man-bra" and put it on Dusty then post the new "Dusty with 'BRO' accessory" on the site. May be my first customized 12" GI BRO figure... haha.

I'm guessing reintroducing the scale and locking up the shelfspace for the movie line.

and WTH where they thinking with that Cobra Trooper? all it would really take is shoulder straps/suspenders on his web gear and centering the logo and he'd at least be "decent" but as is he looks like he's wearing a blue sweater. and why oh why is he rockin' an M-16?

Flint's actually pretty decent, and Bazooka's a logical update (i.e. still resembles the original but makes him a bit more "realistic"). Dusty's a decent design, but doesn't really resemble the original in any way shape or form (i think the original Dusty is one of the absolute best ARAH designs)
