ok... -1 for swafus for severe MOD butt-kissing.
secondly, why does everyone talk negative about Sigma6?? i think those figures are so damn awesome, and i come from the hardcore '82 3 3/4 school...trust me when i tell you. "Sigma6 trainwreck"?? ...i guess i am the only person who thinks the Sigma line rocks! |

Hiatus are nothing new. 3-3/4" went into hiatus, 2 years later look what happened. If we want to get into detail, we can say 8" took a hiatus 30 years ago and finally came back as sigma 6(yes, 8" is actually an old joe scale).
Also lets not forget, 3-3/4" was having some of the best sales when Robot Rebellion was cancelled. Its too early to say Sigma 6 was a trainwreck, the sales from later this year will decide that. It did well enough to sustain a 2 year sales run with a lot of figures and unique molds, during a time when there really isn't other 8" lines out there. I liked the Sigma 6 line, the 8" figures are great and the 2.5" scale vehicles were awesome, I just didn't collect the 2.5" pre posed figures. 3-3/4" wasn't put on hiatus to give birth to Sigma 6, lets just say the retailers put it to death prematurely just when the fireworks were happening were starting. When its all said and done, one thing is true; joe scales never die. I mean come on how many times was 12" resurrected? Did anyone see 8" coming back after nearly 3 decades? For the record, this is also the 3rd time 3-3/4" came back into stores. What retailers view as "successful" or failures can mean completely different things to fans. We are evidence of that. Now lets get back on topic folks. I hope wave 2 hits soon and if any variants are planned, that they are easier to find than Star Wars variants. |

I don't recall the red ninja at all from the '80s. Is he a promo for the 25th Anniv? They all look fantastic. I just don't agree with the color for Stalker. He looks a bit brite. So when are they out?
