I will definatley collect the movie line, both figures and vehicles but only if the scale and articulation is the same as the 25th line.

Well, Hasbro has said there will be a strong offering in the 25th Anniversary style. I won't buy any Channing Tatum, Rachel Nichols, Marlon Wayans, or Dennis Quaid figures, but I might buy Zartan, Snake-Eyes, and Storm Shadow, depending on how they look. What interests me most about the movie line is the potential for new vehicles in the 25th scale.

without seeing anything or the movie, it's hard to say but if i had to guess i would say no. i do not collect any of the tf movie line and i'm assuming gi joe will be the same.

if anything, i would likely be more interested in any vehicles/playsets than movie character figures.

Definately. As long as they're in the 25th style (which Hasbro said they will be) then both lines will look good side by side and I'm pretty sure I'll like them.
Vehicles should be interesting (and will do for the anniversary figures) too.

I'm more interested in the packaging though. Will we see card art or photographs of the actors? I suspect the latter.

For the moment No, not without any pics. Later down the road I may change my mind.

I would say no at this moment. Only because I'm afraid they will make the figs look like the actors. Which would ruin the figures for me all together since they look nothing like I grew up with. This is the appeal IMO for GI Joe toys. It was a cartoon in the 80's that even kids now know about and have heard about. I got a child on the way and whether boy or girl we will play GI Joe lol.

To me it all depends on how they look. If they look good, i will buy them. If they don't, i will pass...

Depends on how they look, but I'm almost positive I'll buy a couple at the very least.

I will almost certainly buy at least a few. The coolness factor may determine just how many. I'd like to say "just one of each character," but I highly doubt it'll go down like that.
