I will collect what I like, i'm very impressed with most of the sculpts, although I can't afford much, I will definately be purchasing a good amount of these figures. Rise of Cobra is Hasbro testing the waters for Gijoe's future. 25th anniversary was a goodstart to gijoes return, and if supported correctly Rise of Cobra will only bolster Hasbros output of new Joe material. Isn't that what we all want?

Well, Hasbro has said there will be a strong offering in the 25th Anniversary style. I won't buy any Channing Tatum, Rachel Nichols, Marlon Wayans, or Dennis Quaid figures, but I might buy Zartan, Snake-Eyes, and Storm Shadow, depending on how they look. What interests me most about the movie line is the potential for new vehicles in the 25th scale.

Just Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow and Destro, plus CC. The other figures, even the cobra troops, look pretty lame to me.

Outside of the hideous missile launchers, the figures don't look that bad. Hopefully they won't be as expensive as the Marvel Universe figures.

Thus far I'm remarkably underwhelmed.
Storm Shadow may be the only one.
