The one thing that keeps "making noise" for me is the inclusion of Neo-Vipers. Mainly the term itself. Is it needed? This is the first flick and it's got Vipers, apparently. Why have Neo-Vipers so fast?

I have a feeling the accelerator armor will have hints of the unused robot rebellion character designs with additional armor.

Duke and Rex (DeCobray) are pals...Rex and Ana Lewis are dating...they eventually tie the knot...Rex "dies" (governments fault somehow)...Ana DeCobray is pi$$ed, becomes Baroness and Rex comes back as Cobra (w/the "De" and "y" dropped from the front and back of his last name) Commander...

If they are brothers, they can't be dating (unless they don't know they are related, like Luke and Leia).
Rex is most probably Ana Lewis' brother. They take him for dead but he's very alive. He becomes Cobra Commander.
I get the feeling that "DeCobray" will not be used at all. Always sounded funny, anyways.
Besides... The Baroness is a property of Destro. Nobody else shall have her!!!
