I like the choice, at least physically. Personally I hope they keep her blonde, as I like the 1st (cartoon) appearance Cover Girl.

if she has no lines then i can live with this choice. if she has lines then yet another horrible casting. obviously, for duke and now covergirl looks are more important than acting skills which really is sad. also this whole international theme is the worst idea ever. why does everything have to be so damn politicaly correct? either make the movie right or don't make it at all. it's gi joe A REAL AMERICAN HERO!!!

I would say looks are very important for covergirl, and that really outweighs acting ability if we can only get one. She is a model, albeit one who gets her hands dirty working on armored vehicles unless they change that backstory for the movie. Let's see if the director can get a good performance from her.... Okay, at least she will look nice.

There's nothing wrong with a little eye candy to go with the action. It worked pretty darned well in Transformers.

We're missing some brunette action (Lady Jaye). Maybe she and Flint will show up in G.I.Joe: The Rise of Cobra (you heard it here first!) Asian action's also missing. Maybe Jinx's in for the sequel as well.
