Last part of the review, wait for the dvd, is exactly what i plan on doin'. I already hate going to the theaters cause of the whole "theater experiance" with rude ass people, crying lil snot monkeys, over priced concessions and consistantly rising theater ticket prices so its easier just to wait for the dvd.

To each his own. This doesn't deter me one bit. I know this isn't going to be my childhood G.I.Joe. I know it's going to be a futuristic spin off of sorts. I know there will be some cheese. It's still G.I. Joe at heart.

I swear I must be the exception. I rarely have bad experiences at my theater. Every so often there's a crying baby or a couple idiots in the audience being jackasses during the movie, but the vast majority of the films I see at my local theater are pretty peaceful, enjoyable experiences.
But I can certainly see why some people wouldn't like it. Especially if you have a big-screen HDTV and nice sound system at home. Still, for me, nothing can replace the actual "theater experience." |

Mine as well, but then I very, very rarely go see a movie before it has been out at least 3-4 weeks. I find waiting weeds out a lot of the talking, noise-making, brought-my-four-year-old-to-the-R-rated-movie morons. |

I had to go see "the man in the iron mask" (that's the english name?) and i had a bunch of cougars sitting behind, yelling for the old guys, and boo-hissing at Leo. When we *urk* get to see Depardieu's fat butt, they almost passed out of excitement lol
