Maybe this would be of interest to fans interested in Larry Hama's view of the film and continuity from the comic. An interesting read. Click the following link:

Saw it today and it was bad, not a disaster but still bad. I don't expect much from a GI Joe movie but this was one of the dumbest and most ludicrous flicks I think I've ever seen.
I'm no Joe fanboy by any stretch but (spo |

in case you are new to the internet, using the raped analogy isn't hip anymore. in fact, it makes you look ridiculous.
that being said, the movie was okay. nothing bad, nothing great. Cobra Commander was my favorite part. I even liked his mask, it worked in motion. Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow were great. so were the Baroness and Rip Cord. the rest, ehh. mostly it was just poorly edited. other than the accelerator suit chase, which was really cool, the movie never had any dramatic tension. everything just kind of happens without any build up or energy. even when the Joes arrive in the beginning, it isn't done with any great applaud, they just kind of show up. from a quality movie stand point, it's a 5 out of 10. looking through Joe glasses, it gets a 6. |

Yeah I was happy Gunslingercbr was at least honest...don't think he really ever proclaimed his engagment to ROC though, just used his logical insensical rhetroic to support others defending it at least that is how I understand his actions which by my own admission in court and under what ever god you pray to I could be wrong...

Well, just looking at some of the people posting says a lot.... A good amount have joined since July-Aug with a low post count...
I will say, the movie has sparked something out there with the ones that dont know the Joe world... Is that a bad thing? Only time will tell... I'm still on the fence.... But I will be talking my brother and his 6 year old twin boys to see it... They always want to know about there uncle's GI Joe's...

Dose not really mean much if they don't stick around and continue to be a presance of support. 1 post to say I "hate" or "like" the movie does not pose to be a determining factor in anything. Lets see how many of them are around a year or more from now when if/when the sequal comes out.

So it's very nice to see these stereotypes getting broken a lil, because they just serve to make Hollywood too narrowminded in how they produce and market certain films. |
