Yeah, better the second time around. It is almost like the cartoon come to life. A gain if there is a nice balance with some real drama, then it sould be good

not only do the accelerator suits work, they work extremely well. it looks great. for all the hate for Stephen Sommers, the guy's work on this film is top notch. everything we've seen so far shows nothing but expertly staged shots and action...all the work of the director.
you may not like the concepts and the uniform looks, but the movie is shot extremely well. |

Somebody said somewhere back in the thread, Snake-Eye's running is a running style by someone who knows how to run so as to not exert themself as much as just flat out running. Unfortunately, I doubt most people in the audience will be aware of that and think it just looks bizarre, so they probably should have just had him flat out run.
Here it is: http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...tml#post894735 And the Accelerator Suits I'm liking more and more. Come on, it'd be cool to be able to freely run around through traffic and dodge and jump over speeding vehicles like that. He sure knows how to make films that are just fun. I mean, anybody who thinks he's a hack just clearly has not seen true hack work by the likes of people like Uwe Boll and most of the people who make those crappy Sci-Fi Channel--excuse me, SyFy--movies. LOL!! Last edited by Michael24; 07-25-2009 at 09:27 PM.. |

you may not like the concepts and the uniform looks, but the movie is shot extremely well. You have cgi suits translating across the screen to try to make up for the miscues. This showing has worst physics than most video games. |

LOL!! I also think part of the problem is we're coming off our high of seeing SE in Resolute. The style of that character would have translated really well in this. |

I am anti-ROC, that is a well known fact, but this movie does "look" awesome for an action movie...I won't lie. But maybe this movie has to be made in order to get OUR Dark Knight in a few years. |
