So far the one that I recommend giving a chance, and cracking open is Breaker. Once you take the stupid vest off of him he looks great. I think it's a very good sculpt.

I like Breaker. I just wish he came with that cyborg eye patch thing. I really am hoping for reactive armor Breaker later down the line.

With a little head swapping Breaker doesn't look bad with a Reactive Armor Duke body.

The ROC line has many figures that are more impressive than I realized they would be, whether in or out of package.
Honestly, that ugh-faced Covergirl is more impressive in hand and out of the package. Of course, I did have to pick and choose until I found one that I liked the eyes and mouth paint apps on, but the rest of her is great, despite my disdain for that blue camo. I wonder if the forehead looks so bad because of mis-aligned hair? The body sculpt is great, I'll definitely be using her for a custom of some sorts, and hope that Hasbro repaints it down the line, because it's an excellent female torso. I honestly like the reactive armor suits less in person, which is why I'll be selling off or trading my headless ROC bodies, but that doesn't mean someone else can't take advantage of my scraps. "One man's trash is another man's treasure." Hopefully someone can use them. ROC Scarlett in the black armor has one of the best female headsculpts I've seen in the Joe line. On the flip side, her ponytail version isn't very good. They don't even look like the same woman, which is weird that they wouldn't use the same face sculpt on both. I would get Destro, but the last thing I need is to keep collecting more toylines. My girlfriend's already pissed as it is. |

I've still yet to even see the Scarlett in black, but the photos look great!
It will be awhile before I see any restocks in my area I fear, except for Toys R' Us which is an hour away, which was almost completely sold out due to the 30% off sale today, So many of the figures I want I'll probably have to buy online. |

I'm almost certain we'll see a second version of Breaker somewhere down the road.

I would say Neo Viper, I like it better than Viper Commando, in both look and in weaponry.

Yep, I got Breaker yesterday as part of the TRU sale and he's one my favorites of the Joe line, even with the vest. And I agree with Zoltron, his eye piece would have been the best, especially since the card art and most movie stills show him wearing it.
