sevenlima, when I read jfaria's information that he posted, it reminded me that we are one week away from the 10 year anniversary of the San Diego Comic Con exclusive James McCullen IX action figure.
Of particular interest to you might be that the 2009 action figure set included additional printed history similar to what you may have been seeking in this thread, concerning James McCullen IX as seen in the Rise of Cobra film at the beginning. For instance, after the Iron Mask was applied, he was no longer clan chief, and that leadership of the clan went to his 8 year old son. It also mentions how he tested submarines in the English Channel. He died in 1703, and his son was assassinated two years after that. It has lots of interesting fictional history, such as the formation of the Iron Grenadiers, etc.
