It's not coming back..at least not in the way we knew it before (don't expect vintage style cardbacks to return). If Star Wars is any indication of what Hasbro plans to do in the future we can expect to see a mix of old and new on different cards. They'll keep releasing the same core set of figures over and over with a few classics here and there to keep us interesed.

I wouldn't place bets on the 25th line coming back. If we do see 25th items it will be in ROC packaging or what ever the line becomes next.

I doubt that very much. Transformers Classics was such a hit with the collectors that they brought it back as Universe on it's own cards and it was it's own line along side Animated which was the main line that replaced the Movie line.
I expect something similar to this for Joe just because they know how popular the 25th/Modern line was.

All the 25th stuff was clearanced out late last week. There were some great deals like $6.24 for a Phyton conquest.
The 25th line is said to be done more or less. I was thinking about this and there are only 20 figures from 1982-1988 that I would want to buy. There are plenty of vehicles I would like to see. Why hasn't the APC ever been reissued?? Because it's the APC. Now, a reissue of the Mamba......

also the walmart here still has lots of 25th figures all still priced more than the ROC junk. stores up here dont clearance anything good, even when some of the figures have half the card ripped off. soooooooo unfair
