Odd how it has the newest info like Dennis Quaid being cast but still referes to GI Joe being Brussels-based

Looks like the summary is outdated, although I wonder who wrote it in the first place? GI JOE is not based in Brussels and why would they cast Cobra Commander if Destro is in charge of Cobra?

Global Integrated Joe Operating Entity? That's worse than any of the old acronyms they used for the Joe vehicles. Vehicle names were cool, but the way they tried to build the names into acronyms was often silly.

That one script had the Cobra organization in place before Duke's friend joins. So Destro is the head of it at the beginning.
