Are you going to take them out of the package and display them ?
The movie figures look very good ,in terms of likeness ,sculpting and the paint applications look very neat also, weather or not the movie is a success (another can of worms i don't want to open)i'll be buying them for sure . |

[QUOTE=Bionic Commando;836785]Shopping at a couple Targets today and I noticed they put out the R.O.C. toys.Even though I don't agree with the direction of the movie I picked some figures up to give them a try.I did pass on the vehicles thought the smaller ones were 14.99 and the midsize were 24.99 while the Night Raven was 39.99 I might go back and get the Night Raven. So I don't know I'm still on the fence but I admit the figures aren't that bad.I do have a cool custom planned with one of these figs
]/QUOTE] So, were the figures free since there's no price tags on the pegs? You have croosed over to the ROC-side, now there's no turning back.

No need to worry. These are movie toys now and will be plentiful especially when the movie hits. These haven't even hit mass retail everywhere yet and we are only dealing with the first initial shipment which of course the die hard collectors who have to have everything first will get them but more will come in and factor in that some Joe collectors refuse to buy R.O.C. toys so there will be more around definitely
In fact, I've never seen this many joes on the shelves either. They actually had Cobras. Both Cobra vipers were on the shelves and you never saw the bad guys with the 25th/ME line. But in other news, I also saw ROTF stuff. It was clogging the aisles at Target. I told some kid to buy Ravage and he did. I think kids may be getting back into action figures again. They are cheaper than video games. Now Hasbro just had to create cartoon properties around both Gi Joe and Transformers and it will be 1985 again. |

I think as the movie gets closer, we will see more and more on shelves. If the movie turns out to be a hit we will see more GI Joe toys and fans than we have seen in years.

He said the new planogram will be up tomorrow morning and the figures will be back out on the floor. I saw the new setup, it's 3 endcaps, one for figures, one for the crappy products and I believe one for vehicles. Completely replacing the TF toys.
