My point in mentioing the 25th was to show this is how they built up willing support by bringing out a new figure design and loading our minds up with nostalgia and giving us a glimpse at what they could have done then bait and switched us back to Sigma 6 with movie and demand that we accept that as the status quo and direction we must like if we choose to continue buying thier figures. I 100% oppose that and they should have re-logoed and re-released all of the sigma 6 figures as their 25th anniversay or pre-launch figures. Not use vintage 80's figures to try and garner support from collectors and peopel who enjoyed what joes were about in the 80's, and why? Becuase that was the most exposed group to joes ever. If they were so concearned with making a 25th line and leaving it at 10 figures why did they continue? They did not want to loose momentum, keep ROC secrets wrapped up tighlty then drop the bomb on everyone at the last minute. Boom, your bomb fizzled sorry it did not work maybe next time Hasbro.

This does not require re-inventing the wheel, just a better mouse trap...too much of this is going on and why things never last. See star wars...even with shadows of the empre it is still believable and acceptable as star wars, Lucas would have a heart attack if they tried this with his baby...
all the accelerator suits are are advanced weapons technology. in 1983, that was expressed with lasers and jet packs. today it is accelerator suits. the Baroness/Duke/CC relationship is the same kind of intertwined history of characters we saw with Zartan/Firefly/CC/Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow. what exactly exists in concept for ROC that was never used in any form in RAH? I can't see anything. |

"I don't think they've stopped allowing us to feed their pay checks. We are getting the new Vehicles, the seven packs, Monkey Wrench, Tunnel Rat, looks like a Night Force Falcon, and probably a Alley viper, Resolute Gung - Ho ECT... They just ADDED to the marketability of the Movie Audience. Now when they make JUST R.o.C. I'll agree." |

That's why you have option NOT to continue buying there product. What's so hard about that? LOL. Allot of Customizers are excited about the new molds and are licking there chops ready for them. Allot of fans are eager to see the new takes (I for one like the new Heavy Duty). Allot of Fan Boys, ummm well, they can get Monkey Wrench, and Tunnel Rat, and who ever else they repaint. See....now everyone's happy. Three cheers for Hasbro!!! LOL
