With cmderinchief's help, we've tracked down a couple more pics of this new "mystery figure" including a clear shot of the Joe logo on the armor...
Larger and better pictures of mystery figure from TaoBao | Generals Joes - A blog about the importance (or unimportance) of little plastic men Looks like at one point some of this stuff was pulled from the Resolute Firefly... Justin |

Could be Charbroil.
Could be "Night Adder." Could be Resolute Firefly. Heck, I suppose it could even be Kamakura. Could be something else altogether. I wouldn't put too much stock in the Joe symbol on his shoulder...it's clearly a test-shot, so the symbol may not be on the finished product. |

He's sort of looking like the Coil troops from the Devil's Due run. But the resemblance to the Resolute Firefly is uncanny

Firefly was a traitor though, he was spying on the Joes and sabotaging 'em for Cobra; in Sigma Six.
I don't really care who the figure is, it's bad-ass and I want it.

With all the new movie line parts, Hasbro should be able to kit-bash all kinds of new characters.
Resolute Firefly and Kamakura get made easily from that, regardless of who it is.

I still think it is the rumoured Charbroil from the WM list we saw a while ago pop on similar helmet to the ARAH version and you got yourself a decent Charbroil. Last edited by SNAKE EYES; 04-16-2009 at 05:50 PM.. |
