White, black, green, or purple I don't care what the actors skin color is. We're getting a movie based on the most popular toy line ever. As long as they stay true to the characters, and their race or gender, I'm fine with it. Hell they're not making Scarlett a guy. Hama being on board as a consultant should help this out greatly. I will not bash Wayans, he is a good actor. Most of the choices they have made are pretty good. I'm hoping they do justice to the legacy that is G.I. Joe. If this does end up like Street Fighter I for one will be very upset about it. If they're not going to do it right, don't do it at all. Yo Joe!!!

Just to let you know - SGT's are non-commissioned officers....and furthermore, GIJOE is a specialized group of men and woman who have excelled in their military practice...if this is the case would you expect all corporals if they were the best of the best...Im sure they would all be highly ranking officers and non-commissioned officers...

So If they can make Ripcord black and Breaker middle Eastern.......they could also just as easily make Stalker or Doc white, too. This is so ridiculous. Changing a character's whole ethnic makeup seems kind of lame. Create a new character if you have to for shits sake. And it's not like GI Joe didn't have a diverse makeup of backgrounds to choose from. Oh wells.
